Load shedding is a common problem of Bangladesh.It means the discontinuity of supply of electricity for short or long time/period.It has become a big problem in our daily life.There are many  reasons for it.The common cause of load shedding is insufficient production of electricity.The another reason of it, Misuse and Illegal connection of electricity.Load shedding occurs mainly at night because the demand of electricity is more than the day time.So people are suffering very much due to load shedding.They can't do their impotent work due to load shedding.It creates big problem in the socio-economic development of the country.It also create big problem in industrial area. Electricity is the main power of industry sector.During load shedding they can't do their work and factory become fully stop.The big sufferer of load shedding are mills and factories, shooing complex , hospitals and education sector. Full country become paralyzed due to load shedding.The sufferings of the students know no bounds.They can't complete their study during load shedding.So they sit in the darkness closing their books.They are suffering a lot of if it,when occurs in the time of their examination. The patients also suffering of it because operation stops in hospitals for load shedding.Doctor and nurse can't serve their patient during load shedding. Load shedding at night also encourages the thieves. However, this problem should be solved at any cost. The concerned authority must take necessary steps to stop it. More power stations should be established. Illegal connection and system loss should also be stopped. After all, there is no alternative to be conscious about the misuse of electricity.Now the problem of electricity has become personal and must be dealt by ourselves.In our country a good solution is solar electricity.It is a very effective solution of load shedding.Many intelligent engineer have in our country.They con also produce electricity from air.Government taken many effective step to solving load shedding.Everybody cooperate with the government to solve this problem.Electricity is the heart of civilization.We have to work hard and overcome this problem.

My memorable Birthday celebration

Now a days Birth day celebration is a common issue . Some people are celebrate there birthday.It is one of the ways to collect friend and nearest of a short time and have a nice moment.Birthday is the perfect reasons of nice meeting.My birthday is an important day in my life as well as in the birth. Now I'm sheering my last birth day party. I will never forget my last birthday party moment.It was on 12 December 2015. That day was very special for me.That day I wake up early morning,because my all family member sang me a special song"Happy Birthday To You"and they gave me some gift,my parents gave me many hugs,than my sister and brother gave me a box of chocolates and a book of my favorite writer. It was very very  special book for me. Than the afternoon my best friend Simo come my home and hug me.She told me "Happy Birth Day To You" and gave me a special gift.Than many of my friends celled me and wishing me.Than we decided a birthday party organized at my house.I invited all of my special friends and nearest.My best friend Simo decided some games like playing the parcel which we played during the party.After the game we singing many funny song.Everybody was looking very funny and beautiful.My mother made delicious cake for my friends.After that,when the finishing eating,my all friend and family member sang the song"Happy Birthday To You" and I cut the cake.Than everybody eaten my birthday cake .Some of my friends was busy clicking the photographs.Another of my friend put in some nice dancing music and we all ate with great joy and later on danced. Finally all of my friend and me singing and dancing with full masti.When we are tired then we stop the party.My father thanked all their for visit. For this reasons I will always remember that day as the best birthday party in my life and it was been most important of me.I thanks to my parents,sister and brother,and all of my friend,because they give me a beautiful moment in my short life.

DEFINITION OF DIARRHEA:

Diarrhea is defined by the Would Health Organization as having three or more loose or liquid stools per day,or as having more stools than is normal for that person.                                                                                                                                (source: WHO)                          

Diarrhea is unusually loose or watery stools.The problem may be acute,persistent or chronic.Most cases are caused by infection with bacteria,virus or parasites.So called chronic diarrhea includes Irritable Bowel Syndrome or Inflammatory Bowel Disease are cause of chronic diarrhea. 

Acute diarrhea is short lasting between several hours and a number of day,and for the less than 2 weeks or 14 days.

Persistent diarrhea lasts for longer than 2 weeks but less than 4 weeks.

Chronic diarrhea lasts more than 4 weeks.

The primary complication of diarrhea is dehydration caused by the large amount of water,salt and nutrient.Dark urine or small amount of urine,Rapid heart rate,Dry,flushed skin,Headaches or light headedness,Fatigue,Irritability or confusion,Several abdominal or rectal pain,Blood in the stool or tar like stools.

PREVENTION OF DIARRHEA:

To avoid dehydration,drink plenty of liquid every day,taking small, frequent sips.Ideal liquid are clear thin broths or soups,diluted non caffeinated sports drinks and re-hydration formulation that are available without prescription from a pharmacy.

Hand washing is one of the most effective ways of preventing the spread of viruses and bacteria that can cause diarrhea.You should always wash your hands thoroughly after using the toilet,changing nappies,and before meals.Always put foods that could in the fridge.Ensure that meat is thoroughly.Avoid eating raw meat,fish,and shellfish unless you are sure that they have been freshly prepared and are form a reliable source.Never place cooked meet on surfaces or plates that have held raw meat.Disinfect bench tops,stove tops,and chopping boards with a diluted bleach solution.

Dehydration is common among adult patient with acute diarrhea who have large amount of watery stool,particularly when the intake of fluid is limited by lethargy with nausea and vomiting.It also is common in infants and young children who develop viral infection

This has been the situation no matter which political party in Bangladesh has been power.Presidential elections takes place every years. The prime minister is then appointed by the president.The prime minister is then appointed by the president.There are many political party in Bangladesh. Another most important party is "Bangladesh National Party or BNP".The leader of this party Begum Khaleda Zia.She is actual control the party.Every party has a specific rule.The precedent is the head of state,a largely ceremonial post.This system was first practiced in 1971.

Bangladesh is a democratic country.In 1971 we earn our democracy by Freedom War.Now we are completely Freedom in the  world.Bangladesh has different political party.....

is a long line of vehicles in which many vehicles get stuck in jam.It is one of the major problem in our country.there are many causes of occurring traffic jam.One of the most important cause is the narrowness of roads.Another cause is the large number of vehicles.Everyday increased vehicles but our road have not increased.The number of unlicensed vehicles are increasing day by day.The drivers have not sufficient knowledge about traffic rules and regulation. In that case,it kills our valuable time.traffic police are not maintaining traffic control system.They have poor knowledge of traffic control system.We can not reach school,college,office and hospital in timely.However, this problem should be solved.The number of road should be increased.Sufficient traffic police should be posted in important place.Traffic jam is obstructing trade and commerce.Illegal parking is another reason for traffic jam.Traffic jam is very common problem in Dhaka city.The main reason is transportation.Because the number of old transport are still in Dhaka city.They are illegal.They don't have there fitness.But they are still running in the Dhaka city.So if Govt. take strict decision on that,than I think our problem will be solved.Traffic jam is a worldwide problem.Fortunately,there is a worldwide movement for free public transport......
